Lamb and Potato curry 400g Serves 2

Tender pieces of baby lamb (no bone, leg meat) slow cook with aromatic spices in a ginger, garlic and vine tomato sauce with Bombay seasoned potatoes

One of most popular dishes ever. Created from scratch from my grandmother's recipe handed down through several generations. This wonderfully aromatic dish is prepared completely from fresh ingredients and using the most succulent lamb and slow cooking methods in time-honoured fashion. We expect lamb curry lovers to be hankering after seconds and more.


Heat on a hob or in the microwave until the curry is heated all the way
through and piping hot.  Add salt to taste (low sodium).  Add chopped
chillies to add heat!
